The NIQUA Holding GmbH forms the strategic umbrella of the globally operating NIQUA Group. As the parent company, it is responsible for overall corporate management, brand development, and the strategic direction of all affiliated companies – including NIQUA Produktions GmbH, NIQUA Vertriebs GmbH, NIQUA Italy Srl, NIQUA USA LLC, and N&N Swiss Burs.
In contrast to the operational companies, which are responsible for development, production, and international sales, the holding focuses on coordinating and further developing the entire group. This includes, in particular, the management of central investments, the protection and further development of the NIQUA brand, as well as driving innovations and international partnerships.
As a family business with a tradition spanning five generations, NIQUA Holding stands for reliability, entrepreneurial thinking, and forward-looking structural work. It serves as a contact point for strategic partnerships, investments, and group-wide matters. Joachim Nick leads the NIQUA Group in the fifth generation of the long-standing family business. As CEO and owner, he sees his main responsibility in sustainably strengthening
the group through international expansion, diversification, and continuous modernisation.
His mission is to further develop NIQUA strategically, open up new business areas, and continuously expand the company’s innovative strength. His aim is to position the group for long-term success, foster synergies between the individual companies, and carry the family values into the next generation.
Under his leadership, NIQUA positions itself as a dynamic, globally operating group of companies, combining tradition and family values with entrepreneurial responsibility and forward-looking strategy.
In her role as Marketing Director, Dorothea Nick is responsible for the global brand management and communication of the NIQUA Group. Her responsibilities include the strategic development of the brand, maintaining personal international relationships, and conveying the values and identity of a long-standing family business.
A key part of her work is to highlight tradition, passion, and dynamism as essential pillars of the group and to combine them with a modern, international brand presence. This includes developing a consistent global brand identity, strengthening the digital presence, fostering close customer relations, and representing NIQUA at international trade fairs and industry events.
Through this approach, she lays the foundation for NIQUA to be perceived as a modern, globally connected corporate group that is rooted in family values while consistently focusing on innovation and future viability.
